Hi Amy, thanks for your question. We recommend waiting for about 6-8 weeks when your grass has fully established before you start mowing your lawn. Alex, Customer Care

When should you put grass seed down. The original lawn is needing refreshing.
Question by: Patricia on 24 Aug 2023, 15:44
Thank you for your question. Typically the best times to sow are Spring or Autumn, and in most parts of the UK you can confidently sow from April right through to September. You can sow grass seed when temperatures are 10 degrees and above consistently during the day and at night. Before sowing, check these temperatures are forecast in your area for at least two weeks.

Is it safe to sow you lawn seed if we have a 8 month old puppy
Question by: Andrew Maskall on 29 Sept 2023, 11:00
Thank you for your question. All our grass seed is safe to sow around pets. However, for best results, we would recommend keeping your puppy of the lawn until it's established.
