If you’re not 100% happy with your iCANLAWN.COM experience, we want to know about it and help turn that frown upside down. We know that's what every brand says, but we really mean it. Whatever your issue, no matter how big or small, we’ll work with you to resolve it. We want you to have the red-carpet treatment with us every time, so we also welcome any feedback you may have. A refund, a replacement product – whatever it is you need, we’ll do our best to accommodate you to achieve 100% happiness. Please don’t ask us for a Ferrari though – the boss won’t sign that one off.

How it works

Our 100% Happiness Guarantee covers all of our products within a 6-month period. This means should you not be happy with our products or services within 6 months of your purchase date, you can get in touch with us and we will work towards a resolve with you. This could mean a refund, partial refund, a replacement product or even some extra advice – whatever makes you happy.
